Andheo is an engineering company specialized in 3D modeling-based design. Since its creation, Andheo is an Onera Software Partner. We specialize in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), however our clients are often seeking coupled thermal or structural analyses. This is the reason why we have been using Z-set coupled with Onera’s CFD code Cedre, for several years.

Through this collaboration we were able to perform  the analysis of the quasi-static and dynamic material and flow behaviors in air-breathing and rocket engines, both in coupled aero-thermal and aero-mechanical problems. Our state-of-the-art Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) and Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI) analyses provide our clients with deep understanding of complex multiphysical phenomena. I can particularly remember the case of the extremely non-linear response of a rubber diaphragm under large deformation strongly interacting with a turbulent flow. Such difficult studies are made possible by the unique combination of our software capabilities and R&D partnership with Z-set research groups.
