Description#

This mesher creates rigid links (r2d2 or r3d2 elements) between a set of nodes and a specified point.

Syntax#

**rigid_link_to_point \(~\,\) *point_pos POINT \(~\,\) *nset_to_link linked \(~\,\) *add_to_elset elset_rigid \(~\,\) [ *point_nset nset ]

*point_pos: The position of the point to be linke with.
*point_nset: Add the specified point to a node set.
*nset_to_link: the name of the node set that will be connected to the specified point using the rigid links.
*add_to_elset: Assign newly created rigid elements to an element set named elset_rigid.
